Welcome to Brentwood Middle School Athletic Registration
 

*Please read and follow these steps carefully to be fully registered! 

Step 1: According to WCSD 6 and Colorado High School Activities Association guidelines, a participant must have a sports physical each year. An exam is good for 365 days. Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it in to the office or you can scan it and submit completed Physical Forms online.

Step 2: You MUST fill out and submit the Online Registration Form (by clicking the Bengal Tiger below) prior to the start of the season.

You have not registered by just paying. The registration form includes Student, Gaurdian and Emergency contact and Health Insurance information, which are required. Please read through these forms carefully and be certain to complete and acknowledge each one where required. 

Step 3: Complete by paying your activity fee HERE, AFTER completing the registration form! Contact the Activities Office if you are unable to pay online.
